If you’re a caregiver looking for more ease and support in your day-to-day life, you’re not alone, and this webinar is here for you. Together, we’ll explore caregiver burnout through both neurodivergent and neurotypical perspectives within a neuroaffirming framework. Designed for caregivers of autistic children, youth, and adults, this session will offer a deeper understanding of burnout, along with practical, compassionate strategies to support your wellbeing. No pressure for major life changes or perfect routines. Just realistic, sustainable approaches that can help make everyday life feel more balanced and supported for you, too. About Oralie Loong Oralie Loong is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and founder of Neurodivergent Counselling Services Inc. who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with Autistic adults. As a late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHDer (aka AuDHDer), she speaks from a radically neurodivergence-affirming lens that centres Autistic voices, strengths, and culture. Her practice focuses on making the world a better place for Autistics, including mental health counselling, adult autism screening, neurodiversity-affirming clinical supervision, and advocating for therapeutic approaches that honour Autistic agency and lived experience.
