This special place allows us to connect with other caregivers, relax, socialize, share stories and have FUN! This will be a small group with the opportunity to chat with other caregivers, form friendships, and support one another on your journey. Autism Ontario staff will also be present and available to chat about supports. Registration includes a coffee mug to paint and the final baking and glazing of your coffee mug. Caregivers must come back 10 days after the event to pick up their coffee mug. Please register for this event, as spaces are limited. This event is open for registration to caregivers of autistic individuals. Limit 2 caregivers per family. All our caregiver events are intended exclusively for caregivers. These gatherings provide an opportunity to meet and connect with others in a space where you can focus entirely on yourself. This event is not set up for children to attend. This program is generously funded by our partners at Charitable Gaming Community Good through charitable gaming fundraising at Bingo World and Gaming Richmond Hill. It is intended to support autistic people and their families in York Region, and those that live outside of this area may have their registration cancelled. Cost: $5.00. No refunds.
