Registration opens June 18 2026 @12:00pm Caregivers are invited to join Autism Ontario at The Healing Loft! Pilates: This gentle, full-body Pilates class focuses on core strength, posture, mobility, breath, and mindful movement. Participants will be guided through supportive exercises designed to build strength, improve body awareness, and encourage nervous system regulation in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Sound Bath: The session will conclude with a calming sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments to promote relaxation, grounding, and rest. Participants are invited to simply relax and receive the sounds as a way to support calm, regulation, and overall wellbeing. All our caregiver events are intended exclusively for caregivers. These gatherings provide an opportunity to meet and connect with others in a space where you can focus entirely on yourself. This event is not set up for children to attend. Registered people will receive an email closer to the event date with any and all updates pertaining to this event. If you have not received an email be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many people as possible, but tickets are limited.
