Registration opens June 15 at 12:00 PM Autistic adults (18 yrs +) are invited to come out for a fun evening of mini golf! Come and enjoy some social time and putt your way through 18 holes of mini golf. Registration includes one round of mini golf. This event is for Autistic adults (18+) who attend events and programs independently, without careperson support, as well as for Autistic adults (18+) who require a careperson(s) to support them. Autism Ontario does not provide transfer-of- care or careperson support for its programs. If an Autistic person requires support to attend, the careperson is expected to remain on site to provide support as needed during the event or activity. If accommodations are needed, please inquire by emailing Kimberley@autismontario.com Note: All participants are required to sign a Code of Conduct annually. Cost: $3.00/autistic adult. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your registration is successful, you will receive an automatic confirmation. If not received, please check your "junk" or your "other" box. If you have not received an email, be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited.
