Hosts Sensory Friendly Hours (select mornings, roughly 9:30 AM–12 PM) with reduced light and audio levels throughout the aquarium. Free comfort kits — noise-blocking ear protectors, fidget toys, cue cards and a photographic activity guide — are available at the Guest Services desk, and team members are trained annually by the Pacific Autism Family Network and AIDE Canada.
