Jennifer Ashleigh Children's Charity offers financial assistance to Ontario children who are seriously ill. Funding can cover assessment and session fees for rehabilitative therapy, specialized/adaptive equipment and mobility aids (e.g. adaptive trikes, mobility and sleeping aids), and 1:1 respite care for families caring for a child in medical crisis.
Eligibility
Ontario resident, Canadian citizen or permanent resident, aged 18 or younger (eligibility runs until the child's 19th birthday). A major medical event (typically a minimum 2-week hospital admission) is required. Confirm the current household-income limit directly with the charity.

Applications are submitted through a social worker or healthcare professional involved in the child's care, via the charity's online application page.
