How to apply
1. Speak to your GP, health visitor, or your child's teacher / SENCO. 2. They refer to the local Community Paediatrics or CAMHS team. 3. Multi-disciplinary assessment over multiple appointments. 4. Diagnostic report shared with family and school for EHCP planning.
