<p></p><p><strong>Ta'alouf</strong> (Arabic for "harmony") is a community-engagement programme run by the <strong>Al Jalila Foundation</strong>, the philanthropic arm of Dubai Health, founded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The programme is built specifically around children of determination — including children with autism — and is delivered free of charge.</p><p>
