GFCF (Gluten-Free Casein-Free Diet)
A diet that eliminates gluten (from wheat, rye, barley) and casein (from dairy). Popular in some autism communities; current clinical evidence for general benefit is mixed and any restrictive diet for a child should be undertaken with nutritional and medical guidance.
